Answers to the Questions received from the prospective Bidders regarding the Bidding Documents for ICB – 1.1 “Procurement of Science Laboratory Equipment and Materials for Schools of Armenia in Tavush” tender

We would like to inform you that we have received questions from the prospective Bidders, see below the questions and answers:
LOT # 1 - Physics Laboratory Equipment
Q1.
In clause 25 we have Digital Multimeter with Thermocouple but Technical Parameters we have for:
1 pair Steel Bar Magnets
1 Horseshoe Magnet
Floating Magnets
Revolution
Magnetic Chips
Iron Filings Saver
Magnetic Field Viewer
Magnetic Globe
3D Magnetic Compass
Clear Compasses 20-pkg.
The required Technical Parameters for Digital Multimeter with Thermocouple we can see in clause 26
So that is why we have few questions:
1) 25th clause should be Digital Multimeter with 107 units, with Technical Parameters - digital multimeter features a large, easy-to-read LCD screen and a single rotary dial for easily switching between testing modes. Correct?
2) 26th clause should be Miniature Bulb Base 428 units? If yes please send us required Technical Parameter
3) It should be one more clause added ? for:

1 Horseshoe Magnet
Floating Magnets
Revolution
Magnetic Chips
Iron Filings Saver
Magnetic Field Viewer
Magnetic Globe

The technical parameter in clause 25 of Digital Multimeter with Thermocouple has been in clause 26th.
The technical parameter in 25 was related to the investigation of Earth's magnetism. It was shifted to the clause 26 with the name as "Set of devices to investigate Earth's magnetic field". Miniature Bulb Base from clause 26 was deleted as we already have a Miniature Bulbs Group in clause 31.

in the Lot № 4 (clauses 19, 20, 21):
Technical Parameters as 4mm, 6mm and 2mm are length parameters? Please specify.
A2.
4mm, 6mm and 2mm are the inside diameter of the cross-section of the hose, and the unit of measurement meters.

Q3.
After a first analyses of the bidding documents we would like to kindly ask you what follows:
Payments
GCC 16.1
Could you please confirm the acceptance of the method and conditions of payment through irrevocable confirmed letter of credit for goods and services supplied from abroad, in accordance with standards laid down from the World Bank guidelines, as follows:
Payment for Goods supplied from abroad:
(i) Advance Payment: Ten (10) percent of the Contract Price shall be paid within thirty (30) days of signing of the Contract, and upon submission of claim and a bank guarantee for equivalent amount valid until the Goods are delivered and in the form provided in the bidding document or another form acceptable to the Purchaser.
(ii) On Shipment: Eighty (80) percent of the Contract Price of the Goods shipped shall be paid through irrevocable confirmed letter of credit opened in favor of the Supplier in a bank in its country upon submission of documents specified in GCC Clause 13.
(iii) On Acceptance: Ten (10) percent of the Contract Price of Goods received shall be paid within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Goods upon submission of claim supported by the acceptance certificate for the Goods signed by the Contract Parties.
A3. The Center for Education Projects PIU’s Bank accounts are in the Treasury of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia not in the Commercial Bank and the payment method through letter of credit is not applicable in this case.
