CLARIFICATION NO. 1, answers to questions received on 03 April 2023
Question
1. Referring to paragraph ITB 1.1, Is it
assumed that this tender must be submitted
as one common lot and the bid must
include all items?
Answer
According to ITB 14.6 of the Bidding Document
“If so specified in ITB 1.1, Bids are being invited
for individual lots (contracts) or for any
combination of lots (packages). Unless
otherwise specified in the BDS, prices quoted
shall correspond to 100 % of the items specified
for each lot and to 100% of the quantities
specified for each item of a lot”. In Clause 1.1
of Section II – Bid Data Sheet (BDS) it is
specified that lots are not applicable, which
means that for the current tender, it will be one
Contract for all items.
And in Clause 14.6 of the BDS, it is mentioned
that: “Prices quoted for each lot (contract)
shall correspond at least to 100 percent of the
items specified for each lot (contract).
Prices quoted for each item of a lot shall
correspond at least to 100 percent of the
quantities specified for this item of a lot”.
Considering the above-mentioned, the bidders
are requested to submit a bid for all items, and
one Contract will be awarded for all items.
